We have launched a new Media Gallery on our site. There are only a couple albums available now with a few images in each currently, but in the coming weeks we will be expanding it.

Many of the albums will allow you to upload your own images to it. So if you have something you would like to share you may. Submissions will be queued for moderation.

There's also a feature to order prints with the integration of online photo printing through Shutterfly (print availability will vary depending on the resolution of the original image. This is just a patch-through service, we don't receive any commission on it).

More albums will be added soon. Including a TARDIS album (photos of TARDIS' spotted on Earth), an art gallery, and more. If you have a suggestion or idea for an album, please let us know.

Seeing the random image of Bessie at the Doctor Who tour from 1986 reminded me of my only Doctor Who convention/exhibit visit. Other than the exhibit, the only thing I remember is the auction...

Tonight (January 5, 2006), I upgraded the Media Gallery software that runs the Gallery section on our site. You may discover some new features available in some of the albums. I also discovered that navigation links may not sure show up as they should in the layout when using the Safari browser (Firefox is fine). The software developer is working on fixing this soon. Nothing too major, just the "Previous" and "Next" links may be butting up against the name of the album when viewing images... as well as page numbers when browsing within the album.

    Cheers,
    Louis

Only 2 days after installing the upgraded gallery software, there has been an update to the software that powers our Media Gallery... So I have now installed and updated our site to the latest version available. Basically, this just fixes a few bugs from the previous version. The problem I reported in my previous post (2 days ago) concerning Safari was actually limited to my experience only. I just needed to restart the browser on my side because it was most likely still using the previous CSS used in the previous version of the Gallery software... restarting the browser corrected the problem it seems. So all is good.

If you do encounter any problems with the Gallery, please let me know. Thanks.

    Cheers,
    Louis
