     Robert Sloman Dies

    Robert Sloman who was responsible for writing The Deamons (under the name 'Guy Leopold'), as well as collaborating with Barry Letts for other Jon Pertwee stories such as The Time Monster, The Green Death, and The Planet of Spiders in 1974 which served as the regeneration story from Jon Pertwee into Tom Baker as the Doctor, has died at the age of 79.

    In 2004, he contributed on a bonus feature included on the DVD release of The Green Death which he spoke about the writing of the story.
