OK, before you get too excited, there are not Doctor Who episodes being offered, but the BBC is now distributing Doctor Who related videos that can be viewed on your Apple iPod (5th generation and beyond), as well mobile phones, Creative Zen, and other media players.
Don't have a portable media player? Have no fear, you can still view the videos on your computer, simply use media players such as Quicktime or iTunes to play the MPEG videos (as well as various other players), or the Windows Media Player to play the Windows Media files.
Currently available are short interviews with David Tennant, Camille Coduri, and Noel Clarke speaking in reference to The Christmas Invasion, as well as the Doctor Who 2006 Series Trailer which was seen at the end of The Christmas Invasion
You can download them here: BBC - Doctor Who - Video Take-away
Note: For some reason when downing the MPEG (M4V) files (for iTunes and the iPod), a .txt extension was added after the .m4v extention. Simply delete the .txt extension and it should work fine in iTunes and your iPod.
Hopefully the offering today is just the beginning. Many fans have expressed their desire for Doctor Who to be sold in the iTunes Music Store as other television series are currently being offered. This could be the first step towards that road... only time will tell.

I think this a Safari problem only. I have no such problem in OmniWeb. I sent a bug report to Apple from Safari...
