    Colin did a great job with his critique of Other Lives. This story really didn't work for me either, as I alluded to in my Cryptobiosis recap, but I would not have been able to begin where to start to articulate what was wrong with this tale, and he hit the nail on the proverbial head with his analysis.

    I also liked James' interview with Brian and Erica. I hope you all have a great time at the Cavern...

    I hope Ken enjoyed the Super Bowl...

    I sure wish I could go to the Cavern Club to see all those great Who stars. Just to see Nicola Bryant would be worth it alone, but then all the others too!

    But James, you may want to mention this at the con: There is a long-standing connection between the Beatles and Doctor Who:

    <img src="">;

    This is an image of John Lennon at the height of Dalekmania - and the interesting thing is that this wasn't an exciting photo because of John Lennon, but that John Lennon was ecstatic to actually meet a Dalek!

    Again: Sigh...

    Oh well, James, have a drink with the Who Croo for me... Tell Nicola she looks better than she ever did.

    One solid hope is worth a cartload of uncertainties.
