re.: Doctor arguing with companions (Evil of the Daleks review)

Ian and Barbra had quite a few disagreements with the Doctor right from the start. Ben and Polly spend quite a bit of time at odds with and suspicious of the newly regenerated Doctor in Power of the Daleks.

"They're playing trains! They're playing roundabout!"
    "Dizzy, Doctor!"

Compared to Power of the Daleks I found Evil of the Daleks a bit lacking.

I have been impressed with how well these adventures translate to the audio medium though. I just listened to the Abominable Snowman and loved it. I'm not so sure if I would have liked it so much if I had seen the video.

1 hour and 59 minutes! Gosh this must be a record. This is actually so long that it really upsets my 60 GB iPod Photo - just starting the episode can take it 7 or 8 minutes to load it, and pausing it also causes it grief. Please please please could you split it up next time into smaller parts?

It turned out that my iPod had "issues" (probably a fragmented disk). Now it is better I can listen to the excellent 2 hour podcasts with no problems...
