Ghost Light? It is much better than a 1/5. Timelash is much worse, and what about Time Flight? And The Underwater Menace and The Time Monster from the early stories and Time and the Rani? What is it about episodes with "Time" in the title. Well, The Time Warrior isn't too bad. Well, even the "even numbered Trek films don't suck" has its exceptions...

Shobogans are the outsiders on Gallifrey, living outside the citadel, or whatever it is that the Timelords call home (The Invasion of Time).

When I referenced Adam's father while reviewing The Long Game what I had trouble remembering was that according to the audio commentary on the DVD for this episode, Adam was searching Satellite 5's data (in the future) to help aid his sick father in the past (his present time)... It never made it to the on-screen cut we see... Perhaps it was just too similar to what was going to come next in Father's Day when Rose tries to save her father as well. Anyway, I just wanted to clear that up... It can be heard on the commentary, the reference to Adam's sick father that he was supposedly trying to find something in the future's data files that could save him. Of course, I think while he was at it, was also seeing what information could help himself as well.

    Cheers,
    Louis

    Another great show guys!

Btw, the hilarious "The Curse of Fatal Death" (written by Steven Moffat btw) was broadcast in March 1999 as part of Comic Relief rather than Children in Need. I watched it at the time via the BBC website, perhaps the first ever official Doctor Who webcast? Russel, there are currently a couple of NTSC copies available reasonably priced on EBay.
