Doctor Who NewsThe website TvshowsonDVD.com is reporting that the episodes Web Planet and Inferno will be coming to Region 1 DVD on September 5th. Looks like the extras will be the same that Region 2 has as usual. Now all we have to wait for is the season 2 box set next year.

    Cheers,
    Russel

Just a side note, if you are looking for good sized pictures of the DVD covers go
to Outpost Gallifrey and they have been able to give a blow-up of the cover art.
Guess I will be looking to get rid of the my Web Planet VHS once the DVD comes
    out.

    Cheers.

All we have to wait for at the moment but by the time that Web and Inferno come out in September there will be another two R2 dvds out on the market. We'll be close to caught up in North America but not quite.

It's quite odd though that the R2 release for July has not yet bene announced. We usually know what the releases are several months in advance.

The soonest that North America would see R1 releases of these two rumoured R2 discs is November as the next two sets of DVDs in June and September have already been announced.

By then there will probbably be two more R2 discs out, etc, etc.
