After a long hard week of re-installing software, moving everything over from the previous server to the new server, overcoming various glitches and snags, we are finally back up and running on our new server!

But there still may be bugs... The site has gone public without any real world testing... So there may be problems that will sprout up.

More updated info on the situation coming soon. Check this article for updates soon.

UPDATE - The Forums are not working. I need to work on this... Sorry folks.

It is discouraging since the Forums did appear to be all back and functioning until they were actually tested... Hopefully we can get them working again and have them available for all soon.

UPDATE: (15 July - 12:25 AM EDT) - I believe the Forums are now working once again! Yeah! But please report any problems you may encounter that were not there prior to the move to our new server. Thanks.

    Cheers,
    Louis

I'm so glad you guys are back up. You have no idea how much I missed the site and everyone on here. Here in America we just got the first series dvd, Genesis of the Daleks and Revelation of the Daleks are also out on DVD, Series Two has ended, and I have no one to talk to them about!
IT'S GOOD TO HAVE YOU BACK!

A definite case of seriously bad timing.
Dare I ask about the status of Podshock 47?

It may be of some interest that last night (14th July) we may have been down for the count again. Meaning our site could had been down once again for several hours. Due to power outages where the servers are physically located, servers had to be run off of generators and UPS, but eventually they gave out. Somehow we were lucky and were not effected. We stayed up, while another site I manage for work with the same hosting service was down for hours.

Imagine that, no sooner then we would have been back online we would have been down again. Thankfully that did not happen.

    Cheers,
    Louis
