    DW: Podshock

Doctor Who: Podshock wants you! We are looking for someone who would be willing to record good quality audio clips, just a few seconds of audio from Doctor Who over the course of it's long history. These little audio clips would be used in the production of our podcasts.

If you have been listening to Doctor Who: Podshock you may notice the use of audio clips from the television series dropped into the show in appropriate places. To aid in the post production work of each episode we are looking for someone that can record these clips in decent quality in which would be used later in the production of the podcast. Each clip should not be more than just a few seconds. They are mostly clips of The Doctor, but not limited to the character.

There is no salary or compensation for this work... you just need the passion of doing it and of course you will be part of the production of the podcast.

If you are interested in filling this role, please let us know.

    Cheers,
    Louis

I could do some - but I don't have a large (by some people's standards) collection.

You do know about this site I take it Louis:-
    http://www.dwwa.net/

    1,978 wav files

Run (though not updated recently) by Mike Rogers at mikerogers7@charter.net

    cheers, daveac

I don't suppose you could start an 'Audio Clips' section in the Site's 'Media Gallery' ?

I take it they would have to be 'mp3's' to keep the file sizes down - or are 'wav' files (if very short sound clips) easier for you to incorporate straight into the podcasts?

    Cheers, daveac
