Short and sweet!
A thirteen parter for Doctor Who? Sounds like The Daleks' Master Plan in epic scope... will we have twelve cliffhangers? There were a few weaknesses in Totally Doctor Who that they seemed to correct as the series went on. This addition of the animated short would then have the animated title sequence of the program seem more appropriate.
Alien worlds? Well, there seem to be three non-Earth stories in the coming year according to RTD's column in DWM.
If Paul McGann is the Eighth Doctor, then Eric Roberts counts as an alumnus (not alumni—he doesn't qualify as a plural no matter what your opinion of his performance).
No More Lies was a very good story, up there with the prior two installments.
For those interested in more on JNT, Big Finish has an audio version of his memoirs from his time on Doctor Who. I think Joey mistook Crackerjack for Junior Showtime where Bonnie Langford was a presenter over a decade prior to Doctor Who.
