    Doctor Who News

News coming from the Telegraph ( reports that there will be once again another special Doctor Who episode (most likely a mini-episode) produced as a fundraiser for the Children in Need charity.

Last year, a mini-episode was produced that featured two Doctors in a short story where the 10th and 5th Doctor meet in Time Crash starring both David Tennant and Peter Davison. This year, they may be upping the game with all seven living actors to play the role in a one-off episode featuring them all slated for broadcast on the 14th of November.

What is unclear is whether they will be playing their respective roles as the Doctor or not. Also please keep in mind that this has yet to be officially announced. Until it does, please treat this as rumour.

Cosgrove Hall animates all the Doctors in their prime, they provide the voices and we have something awesome!! This is the BEST way to go, don't you all agree?

The report on Outpost Gallifrey's News page has links to other newspaper's websites reporting the story.

Although a BBC Children in Need Press Release which was published today had no mention of Doctor Who in it. It mentioned that there would be Children in Need themed scenes from Ashes to Ashes. Though via a link provided on Outpost Gallifrey's DW News section article, to the Children in Need Press Office, it also includes Doctor Who along with Ashes to Ashes in regards to "Children in Need themed scenes" -- what this exactly means, I am not sure, but it doesn't sound good.

Performing at the Children in Need fundraiser event will be John Barrowman.

This entire article should be deleted, as it's now been thoroughly discredited. At
the very least, it should be edited to note the fact that it's completely false. We
really don't want to give people doing Google searches the wrong idea.

You know, I am so constantly outwitting the opposition, I tend to forget the delights and satisfaction of the gentle art of fisticuffs.
