Thanks... It is good to be back.
I wish it was as easy as putting another 50p in the meter. We are actually paid in full until July 2007 on our previous server. To our understanding we had been hacked and the account was closed due to it, but the real problem was no communication from the service provider of the hosting server company. It was more than 26 hours after the account was suspended and countless attempts of finding out what happened (via phone calls, emails, their support forum, etc.) before we received any word of what happened. You can not just pull the plug on us without any notice prior or after doing so.
Anyway, the installation is more secure now on our new server and hopefully something like this won't happen again.
