I was also trying to work out the difference betwixt "The end of time" and "Entophy Tuesday" (Singularity.)
In the end I came to the conclusion that "Entrophy Tuesday" was the ending of the physical universe which was different.
I was also trying to make a judgement as to whether to mention the similarity in the endings to stories only 8 months apart.
I was also a little disturbed by the way the ending fell apart. Before I put my thoughts to paper on it I wanted to make sure that I wasn't missing something.
The conclusion I finally came to was that they were both great stories but if I had to choose I would give it to Singularity. The Nowhere Place began to stretch and unravel at the last part which was where you would expect such a gripping story to be strongest. The concept of the train was great and it made for great suspense but in execution it didn't work at the explaination stage. I also had questions about the way the Doctor colected Evelyn at the very end.
As I said I wanted to be clear before I commited.
