Good point... Unless they came in late into the movie. Well, since 7th Doctor wasn't in the movie for the majority of story, I am not sure if anyone could really get to know his portrayal all that well from the short time he is awake & conscious in it. So technically, you are right, but practically, it would have to go to McGann. ;o)
