The 7th and 8th doctors are stuck in their own time loop and only the 6th seems to be able rise above that situation. I am wondering whether CB has script approval.
Shame! the 7th was getting very powerful and the 8th needs to be better used the 5th just looks to be totally lost in his own Tardis. Potential wasted.
