Maybe James has been spending too much time in the Netherlands... Basically, what this points out is that most of us, that are not directly in the TV business, have no real clue as to how it all works. We have picked up some information from the media, and fill that in with anecdotes and speculation. And this applies to both sides of the pond. And we know even less how it works in regions beyond our own backyards.
