Doctor Who: Podshock - Episode 85

There was no spoilers discussed in this podcast that I am aware of... sure, plenty of speculation, but we did not consciously and knowingly discuss any spoilers pertaining to future episodes. Taras and Ken spoke about a spoiler (without giving away what it was) which was printed in the Radio Times I believe (or the BBC episode summery that they published), but the details of which was not mentioned in the podcast itself to my knowledge. I believe Taras emailed Ken directly with a link to the spoiler information. Since I don't know what the spoiler itself is which was given away by the BBC, I can not confirm or deny that any of the speculation discussed touches on it or not or any other spoiler that may be floating out there on the net. The spoiler warning I gave at the top of this podcast was pertaining to the episode Utopia, not to future episodes. We did discuss the "Next Time..." trailer for The Sound of Drums... but we only discussed what could be seen or not seen in the trailer itself that was shown along with Utopia the night it was transmitted. If any of our speculation did touch upon known spoilers out there on the net, then we do apologize... it was not intended and was done unknowingly -- at least to myself. Cheers, ---

I thought most of the speculation was off base, and I tried to steer the conversation back to the specifics of the current episode, after a few "rebuffs", I just sat there wondering what it was we were talking about. And I didn't want to correct some obvious flaws in logic, because I would either consciously or unconsiously resort to information I have learnt from "reliably sourced" spoilers, and I did not want to do that. I am loathe to listen to what I said in this episode as I don't know if I could keep my frustrations at bay. At one point I played the trailer twice to disprove an assertion made by someone in the text chat as I lost interest in the conversation. This is the first time this has happened to me on the call-in shows.
