I use Safari for a lot of my browsing, but nothing beats OmniWeb for flexibility in downloading linked files... It has the best selection of contextual menu commands of any browser (right/ctrl-click). If I'm downloading a bunch of files, I usually go into OmniWeb for that. It used to be the best browser on OS X, but the competition has caught up, so it is basically neck and neck between those two and the Firefox/Mozilla based browsers.
