And the Beatles appeared in Doctor Who as well... (of sorts)... in the Hartnell story, The Chase which by the way, also featured Daleks.

I don't think I ever saw that photo... Oddly I was looking for something similar to that when I put together the 'cover artwork' for this episode of Doctor Who: Podshock as I wanted something to illustrate the Beatles connection with Doctor Who... and I didn't have time to pull an image off the The Chase story.
