Well, any other channel or network, I would say it makes perfect sense... but this is the Sci-Fi Channel... They over promote everything to death. Their promotions start months ahead of the premiere date often, not even weeks... And with their past history with Doctor Who it makes one nervous that once again they will fail to properly promote the series.
