While I think its a massive, massive shame that they didn't keep making it and, maybe, finding a way of making that won over audiences - I really think fans need to let go of the idea that the axing was the result of a sinister Grade killing a successful show. It was, I think, more the fact that TV executives were behaving like TV executives. Wanting to axe the shows that people don't watch anymore to put the money into new shows that they might like.
