I'll watch it sporadically, I think. I'll definitely tune in for this first weekend, but after that I think my curiosity will be sated. The only reason I'll watch it is to see where they put the commercial breaks. Ya never know, though; they're having to pad it a bit to fill out the hour, so if they give some interesting, Who-themed "bumpers", I might be compelled to watch it regularly. To me, honestly, the American broadcast is quite secondary. The important thing is that the CBC keeps doing relatively well with the show. Why would I want to watch a show that wasn't meant for commercial TV, on commercial TV, unless there's somehow some added value?

That said, if we get a SciFi broadcast of season 2 prior to the R1 DVD release, sure, I'll watch it on TV first.

I have made it a point, though, to go over to all my friends' houses and set up their season passes for them :)

(My region of the country is not generally counted in national ratings demographics, so Season Passes are the only demonstrable way in which I can influence any kind of national viewership stats.)
