Wow. Ok, so this one seems a little cliche. I've seen similar episodes, but they really did this one well. The young Maria proves once again she's a superior actress.
The woman who plays Andrea was familiar to me. (I just looked it up, she was in a show I saw called "The Stone Tape".)
I really liked this one. Tying it all back to that one moment in 1964 - brilliant.
I just hate the fact that this new series is a two-part serial series. I hate waiting a week for the next episode!

Ah, but this is the spirit of Doctor Who, the weekly serial with cliffhangers. It seems that there still is room in television for such a format.
