I'm up for it too. I'm well looking forward to them - and I personally think the picture of the Cyberwoman looks really good. I'm quite happy they're coming out.
At the moment there aren't plans for a Ianto figure though. They're Jack, Gwen, Cyberwoman and a Weevil.
They're not Character figures, they're being licensed by SciFi Collector and made by someone called Getretro. Scifi Collector were (a couple of years ago) behind the very nice diecast figures of Daleks, Cybermen and a Tardis. I like the guy who owns the place, whenever I go in there he comes over as a nice bloke.
The Jack figure looks pretty good. Nice likeness - but again - no coat? WTF?
The new DW Series 1 release figure of Jack looks better, IMO. And the coat at last!
But yes, I'll get these. Save for Ianto's Cyber-Ex - might can live w/o that one. But a plastic Eve Myles = hells yes.
I'm holding out for the autopsy playset. fun fun fun!

This is what John Barrowman and Co. nicknamed the creature during filming, not an official name in the series.

The Jack figure looks great actually, through of course now they bring out the figure after I've made my costume. (It's alot easier to make a costume when you have something 3D to refer too)
Still hoping for Ianto. He better come with a little stopwatch.
Oh, and I would love the Jack's office playset... and I won't say why.
Although originally scheduled for summer 08 release, these won't be with us until at least Oct 08.
I was in SciFi-Collector on Saturday and asked the bloke who owns the place (he's a nice guy), and he said due to packaging problems they'll still be a while.
I know most people have just taken the p*** out of them, but I'm actually looking forward to getting them!
To my utter, utter amazement, I was walking up to Tesco Metro at about 9am on Saturday morning, where I live (Radlett - Hertfordshire), literally to get some milk and Frosties. Not only was there a new toyshop - it had these......
It was only the day before that I was in Forbidden Planet seeing if they had them! They didnt. I'd have actually walked down to Sci-Fi Collector on The Strand (who have licensed them) but I didnt have time.
I still can't believe I picked these up in my village!
I can't wait for the Blowfish in wave 2!
