That's a refit I could get used to. It's not too far away from the concept of the dalek but still it modernizes them.
I followed this dalek through it's construction at www.projectdalek.com (where my dalek building efforts are also documented - need to post an update actually).
Dalek Storm is a SWD (Special Weapons Dalek) and features in Mechmaster's Second Empire, and excellent CGI based Comic.

Thanks for posting the YouTube video... I hadn't seen it yet. I had been posting articles on it on Twitter and alike, but the video adds another dimension to it all.
