That was great! Many Thanks for posting it.

Now - do 'we' want people like me to comment in this thread - or do we leave it for 'content' only?

I wouldn't like to fill it up - but the posters might want, like, feedback.

    Cheers, daveac

Not sure if this one has been included on a DVD release (I can't seem to find reference to it on the jackets of any of mine), but here's an interview with Louise Jameson from 1977. It appears to have happened sometime between the broadcasts of "The Face of Evil" and the "The Talons of Weng-Chiang".

Okay, this is apparently a real deal. Here we have a Tennant/Piper interview with SC4's Planed Plant Bach at the launch of Series 2. The catch is that it's dubbed into Welsh—but you really don't have to understand Welsh to get the comedy of the piece.

I'd say this is a thread like any other. Post comments or content as ya will Smile

Here's the Newsround coverage of Billie Piper's announcement of her departure from the series:

And here's a direct link to a few Newsround DW interviews.
And this is the BBC News announcement of Freema's ascendancy to companion status . . .

Here's a little snippet from the November 2006 Children In Need appeal that marks what is the technical debut of Tennant and Ageyman dressed in character under episode-normal lighting conditions and grading. Gotta say that blue suit looks amazing in the TARDIS set. What makes me sad is how great it is to hear Tennant speak in his normal accent under otherwise normal episode conditions. Why the hell couldn't RTD just have let him keep his own damn voice? Some of the best scientific minds in history have come from Scotland, after all . . .

Here's a bit more fame for Freema. At the 2006 MOBO (Music of Black Origin) Awards, she was one of the presenters for Best Group.

Not quite in the scope of the thread, but it's still something I've never seen before. Here's a proper television advertisement (as opposed to, say, a little tag at the end of an episode of Doctor Who) for some Doctor Who merchandise. Ladies and Gentlemen, the phenomenon sweeping playgrounds across the UK . . . Doctor Who: Battles in Time.

I'm glad! I was hoping it would be appreciated. You know, I was always curious about "the wife that stuck" with him, and she seems very nice indeed. I was a little shocked to see John Nathan-Turner in the audience, when Phillip HInchcliffe wasn't, but at least they had the good sense not to let JNT speak . . .

Here's an interesting one from, of all places, Virgin Mobile. This came from sometime in January 2007, and was, I gather, available to people who downloaded it on their mobiles. It's just a quick snippet with David Tennant, who's being coy again when directly asked whether he's going to be around for Season 4.

Oh this is just cool. Here's the majority of series 2 ABC trailers. And to be honest they're a lot better than the BBC originals.

To see how David Tennant's first season was trailed Down Under, click below:

And, by way of a bonus, here's a promo for a "very special episode" of another Australian program with a Doctor Who theme.

John Barrowman appears on the game show 8 Out of 10 Cats. It's a kind of obscure show, to the non-British, because it revolves around guessing topical news stories. If you're not really current on British culture, then you may miss a lot. But it's still cool. Oh, and one of the topics under discussion was the move of Michael Grade from the BBC to ITV. If it sounds a little dreary or dull, it's actually quite, quite funny. But it's got some fairly explicit language, so parents beware Smile

And here's a 2005 interview on The View-esque show, Loose Women.

And another post-series 1 interview on Richard & Judy
