Before we get into Series 3 stuff, here's a pre-"Christmas Invasion" interview which purports to be the first live interview with David Tennant prior to broadcast of his first episode. Of some interest today is his answer then to the question, "How long do you plan to be the Doctor?"

Great videos! As a former theatre professional, I have to say that my favorite is the Carol Burnett/John Barrowman one. Thanks so much for sharing these.
I'd have to agree. That absolutely is my favorite, just because I love Carol Burnett. She's magic. A horribly underrated actorwhich, given the acclaim she's received, is saying something. She is, I think, the hands-down #1 all-round American entertainer of all time, funnier even than her idol, Lucille Ball, more versatile than the top Broadway actors, and more humble than almost anyone in Hollywood. I wonder if Barrowman could convince her, and British equity laws allow her, to appear on Torchwood or Doctor Who?

This one dates from "The Runaway Bride", but includes a rare-ish mainstream press outing for the ''other'' Ninth Doctor, Nick Briggs, and Cyberleader Paul Casey.
