One of the regrets I have coming away from Gallifrey 2008 is that I didn't have the opportunity to take all the photographs I wanted to take.
Part of what I do for a living is photography, so naturally, once I got there, I didn't want to go too crazy taking photos as it would seem like work if you know what I mean.
Also, being that it was a three day affair, there was this notion in the back of my head that there would be time for it "later" -- but man those three days fly by fast.
So many of the fine people I met there, I didn't get any photos with unfortunately.
I did come away from LA with over a 100 photos from the event, but I know for next time to take more.

Well Louis - you, Ken and Mike must have done well at the show - the membership here seems to have jumped up a bit - there are at least 8 or 10 new first-time posters this last week.

Strange, I know. I figured we may have frightened them off after seeing us in person... LOL.
Actually, everyone we met there were great. Not a bad experience or a bad apple (or banana) in the bunch.
We were very warmly welcomed there by everyone. It felt like instant family. Even though it was Ken and I first time attending, we felt like we have been there for years.

Aww... thanks guys. I've checked out the photos on the web. Looks like a great time was had by all.
I'm really sorry I couldn't make it. Unfortunately I have had a lot going on here at home and wasn't able to get away.
Next year it will definitely happen. That's a promise.
