| [Quote by: That Neil Guy] I Am The Doctor or Doctor in Distress? |
| Let's see here. Confident statement of fact by a popular Doctor versus whining appeal to remain the Doctor by someone axed from the part. Bit of in-the-now, genuine pop culture that has seen some nostalgic replay, versus Ian Levine's continuity-heavy kitsch. Genuine mood evoked by music and performer, versus the very definition of "cacophony".
"I Am the Doctor", obviously. |

| | Well, there's no single Pertwee jacket, so this is kind of a tough question. But if we're talking the original in "Spearhead", I rather like McGann's better. And I certainly like the backstory of it being an actual costume rather than a serious piece of contemporary wardrobe. |

Keeping in a Pertwee mood:
Pertwee's post-regenerative convalescence or Tennant's bedridden post-regeneration period |

Pertwee Post-regen because it was the first time they really thought out the consequences of such a physical trauma (having pretty much ignored the issue for Patrick Troughton) and also cos we discover that the Doctor keeps his TARDIS key in his shoe in an emergency and also the wheelchair out of control scene. Fabuluous stuff!

I have no idea what IDW is. Or even what those three letters together stand for. Although, if I had to guess, I'd say that the DW part must stand for, um, let me think, Doctor Who, maybe?
Sorry to interrupt the game. Hope someone else can answer this one... |

It's a comic book company as far as I know. I too once thought it may have had a Doctor Who meaning, but I think it is just a coincidence that "DW" is in their name.
With that said, I haven't seen either of these comic book lines myself yet. I need to get my booty to a comic book specialty store and look for them.
Cheers,
Louis

Now, I hope someone out there has read these things so an opinion can be voiced and the game can continue... |
