It doesn't look like any of the Christmas specials are available, yet, but at $25.87 per series, this is a bargain for those who haven't bought the episodes yet. |

| I haven't checked this out, but I am assuming that you will need to have a compatible version of quicktime to view it? I've had problems with a recent purchase(different tv show) due to itunes download requirements. I'm not sure if the episodes will download into the tv section of your itunes. |

The US iTunes Store has no started making classic episodes available in video! They've loaded about a dozen episodes, all but one of which are Pertwee episodes. I've picked up The Time Monster, Planet of the Spiders, Terror of the Autons and The Krotons (the only non-Pertwee story posted so far). They've also posted Spearhead from Space, The Green Death, Carnival of Monsters, The Three Doctors, and maybe one or two others.
These do download to the TV Shows section of your iTunes library. |

Perhaps Apple should hire me as a consultant for their Doctor Who catalog, as this screen shot I just took of my Apple TV shows... they could use a little help.
 Doctor Who: The Two Doctors
I'll have to check out the iTunes Store using the iTunes application to see if it is limited to just the Apple TV or not.

Ahh... I see the confusion is not just limited to the Apple TV, but as suspected, in the iTunes Store itself.
Showing the wrong two doctors, wouldn't be so bad if they actually offered the 1996 TV movie, but they do not (at least at the time I am writing this).
Doctor Who: The Two Doctors (will open in iTunes).
