Jamie would prolly be a lot more fun. I'm thinking the Brigadier would be an uptight dancer. |

Considered her for a long while. But was worried she would damage the dance equipment if she did not find the dance satisfactory. |

Definitely Ace! Oh, I had the hugest crush on her as a kid! But Peri is a very close second because of her huuuuge....erm, dancing potential! |

Nah, nothing here. Well. . . nothing dangerous. Well. . . not that dangerous.

| Well the best part about the new episodes is there's a few more sexy men knocking about, but for the sake of being original and not saying Captain Jack I think I'd dance with Jamie McCrimmon! (Wow, I just imagined how hunky the show would get if Fran Walsh and Phillippa Boyens did some additional casting!) |

If Worzel Gummidge and the Third Doctor had a fist fight - who would win?

Wow no Rose takers in here?
Hmm, I think I'd just take Kamelion. Call me greedy, but then I could have just about anyone.

Oh, I'm with you on this one! Still hoping against hope that the next companion is a hunky 20-something male! |

Can't The Doctor go back in time and pick up Richard Sharpe - and then uhm maybe swing by my house? |

No objections here.
Actually, why not two companions. I like how multiple companions can play off each other instead of always having to play off the Doctor only. Jamie worked very well, and it was nice to see him playing off the Doctor as well as another companion (i.e. Zoe)...
Well who knows what the future will bring.

I have to admit that I was unfamiliar with the Richard Sharpe character until you mentioned him here. But a young Sean Bean (who played the Sharpe character) wouldn't be bad especially if he kept his hair longish.

David Tennant and young Sean Bean, the stuff dreams are made of! And you're right, it is more interesting to have a few characters to play off each other so let's get Captain Jack... Sparrow in there, too. |

I'm imaginging The Doctor and Sharpe having great arguments about the use of violence already. The Doctor taking the "moral high road" and not having guns, and Sharpe ready with his rifle to end any "conversation" as soon as possible.
Louis, I'd recommend the Sharpe books to you in a heartbeat if you enjoy historical novels set around real events. I love the movies w/ Sean Bean, but the books are SO much better (not unexpected). |

I think this fact was also proven perfectly last season with Jack Harkness and Rose... though I feel it wasn't used as dramatically as it could have been, more tongue in cheek, though that could have much to do with the omnisexual Jack. |
