A. i'm referring to D.B. cooper, the guy who hijacked a plane, demanded a ransom, and then jumped out of the plane with a parachute and was never seen again

C. dude most people i know refer to frankenstein's monster as "frankenstein" and whats to say the doctor can't meet dracula? he already encountered a werewolf.
they could do a story where they find out that dracula was real and bram stroker met him and used him in his story. use your imagination people!

Anciennt evil haunts 1880s London, perhaps has something to do with Jack The Ripper. Though that's been done brilliantly by the late great Robert Bloch in his short story Yours Truly, Jack The Ripper.
Maybe vampiric maybe not and have it wreaking havoc at The Lyceum Theatre during a performance given by Henry Irving, Ellen Terry with Bram Stoker in attendance.
The Doctor is knowledgeable about this being and it inspires Stoker to base Van Helsing on The Doctor.
