Digital spy has reported that the villians for the Easter special is a new creature.
For more details click
Digital Spy UK
They also say they hope that they wold be as iconic as the Daleks and Cybermen.
We'll have to wait and see on that.
NOTE: The BBC has not confirmed or denied this so it could be a false story.
On another note:
The Sun has reported that Freema Agyeman will return in one of the four remaining specials possibly returning in her role as Martha Jones.

On a related note, Noel Clarke (Mickey) has also said he'd love to reprise his roll.
Clark wants Doctor Who Return
I'd love to see Mickey back (much more than Martha). In fact, I think Mickey and 11 traveling in the Tardis would be good fun! Two mates against the universe! |

| The names of the aliens were so much better in the original series! Although I don't mind the name Slitheen. |

Was digging around on the net bored, intrigued for any rumors as to the new specials and/or season 5 and came across this:

Don't know how valid any of this is, but if 5% of it is true, we should all be in for a good ride. Enjoy. Cheers. |

It appears that the return of Freema Agyeman on Doctor Who is still up in the air. As she says in this interview "it's not confrmed"
Here is a link to digitalspy and on it is an interview clip with Freema about the possibility:

The article states that he was nominated for an award at the BAFTAs (Orange Rising Star). Well there's an update: HE WON!
For information about his win:
BAFTA: Background to the Orange Rising Star Award
For more on that news:
Noel Clarke: "Victory Speaks Volumes"
Congratulations on the win!
However in another interview he mentions that he will not be returning to Doctor Who:
Noel Clarke: "I won't be in more Who"
That kills the rumour of his return in the upcoming specials... or does it? |

| Oh dear God, that sounds so awful, all of it except maybe for having two companions who are in a relationship with each other traveling. They came close to that with Ben and Polly. The rest sounds so bad it defies description and with RTD any of it could be true. I hope they already put Rose to sleep already and NEVER bring back the double 10th Doctor that is with her. I hate that idea and hate that they even did that. I hate JOURNEY'S END |
