Also in the help pages about 'Audible' it doesn't say about payment methods.

Can you use PayPal which I already have set up?

As far as I am aware Audible uses standard credit card payment methods.

Here is a suggestion for you:

Buy basic membership ($9.95 I think) and they usually throw in 1 or more downloads free. So you pay about the same price for a book and I think you get it (and maybe one or two others) thrown in.

Further reminder for anyone doing this. Click through this site and Gallifreyan Embassy gets a cut of what you buy to help with site expenses. As I remember you hit the "shop" link at the top the page.

    Forget the shooty dog thing!

I don't have an I-POD. I'm your basic Neanderthal who burns any downloaded audio to CD's.

But to answer the original question posed in this thread, I really like the Tennant audios. I've been listening to "The Feast of the Drowned" which I am enjoying tremendously so far. It has some amusing moments and I also like the way Tennant changes the pitch of his voice to match the character. He does a pretty good old geezer on this one.

[Quote  by:  DarthSkeptical] They're also available on iTunes, though the price is currently $10.95. Still, I think, but am not sure, that the audio quality is better than what audible.com offers. Could be wrong in this specific instance, but I know that's been true of other audible downloads I've done before.

Do you know if you download via iTunes are they downloaded as an 'audiobook' or an 'album'?
