If you have listenned to Podshock #70 you will have heard that I have bought a Dr Who item that is on offer to site members.
It is a set of Captain Jack and The Empty Child - plus a free booklet.
It would be nice with postal costs included that Donations to the site should start at around 20 dollars.
The highest bid - by the end of March - will have the items posted to them. (I am on GMT in the UK)
If you can post your bid (EDIT don't pay the money - just post the amount) in this Thread only so it will be clear to others what bids are at.
Higher bids can go up in single dollars - with the winner doing two things.
Making the donation via PayPal to this site and sending me their address details (or via Louis if they wish)
I will then post the items on - although this may not be by the fastest (expensive) route.
Here is a large picture of the 'prize'
In any dispute - Louis will make the judgement.

| I've been meaning to make a donation for some time now but I keep forgetting. I've made one, but I do not wish to be added into the running for the figure. I wanted to simply donate to support Podshock! |

That's great Mohan.
BUT - I better just write for other members -
There is only ONE 'prize' and it will go to the highest offer by the end of the month....
SO - if you are interested in 'winning' just state your offer in this thread
*** DON'T MAKE THE CONTRIBUTION ***
until we know whos is the highest bid.
That person will be sent the item on making the donation at that time.
If however, like Mohan this thread has just spurred you on to make a contribution anyway then I'm sure Ken,Louis,James & all members will be grateful.
SEE 'Support Podshock' on the left hand side of this page.
Sending a donation will not get you the offered item - that will only go to the top 'bidder' at the end.
Thanks, daveac |

It was received today. Thank so much for your support. As well as all those that have contributed. It really makes a difference and helps offset the costs involved with the podcast and this site.
Cheers,

P.S. It is of course possible that this message is a trap. If it is I can deal with it. P.P.S. I'm leaving this note in case I can't!

| Louis, my li'l contribution there isn't a bid in this very nifty contest, either. Just a too-long-delayed vote of confidence. |

Great Bid!
Without wishing to deprive you of the model set - I'd just like to remind others they have until the end of the month (March 07) to bid higher.
Just state your offer - don't make the payment yet.

"The Art of Doctor Who" sure does get around as a freebie! I got that over a year ago along with an issue of SFX magazine.
As much as I would like to bid (to donate) I still am unemployed at the moment. |
