I know you're a fan of Zoe Herriot played by the lovely Wendy Padbury as I heard on last Sunday's Podshock.
I'm glad you dig it dave.

Just before people start to think I'm a old letcher - Wendy is older than me.
I think she was 25 when she started in Dr Who -
but of course looked much younger -
I was 19 or 20 at the time.

[Quote by: Smitty] I'm looking at doing a Leela one but I'm working out what song or piece of music to use.

I've been trying to think of something suitable and the nearest I can get is Eric Clapton's Layla - not quite Leela I know
Cheers, daveac
PS - just enjoyed your Sarah Jane one

Hmm Leela - Layla I dunno. I want it to be play up her savage nature that was The Doctor's nickname for her. I found 2 or 3 that might fit. An instrumental surf rock song, like Dick Dale or The Ventures not The Beach Boys, by The Shadows called The Savage. Another by The Nuns called Savage, but lyrically not a fit. I'm putting that on the back burner.
I'm glad you liked the Sarah Jane one. But I want to redo it, I am not happy with the volume level a little too low. I am happy with the last image which is a nice close up of her from Hand of Fear!
[Quote by: Smitty]Sophisticated Time Lady, Romana I & II.

I think I like Romana I best.
What is good about your last few videos is having the images filling the frame - whereas with some portrait images they have to be small and central.

Same here with liking Romana I best too. But Lalla was great in the part as well.
I was racking my brain on what song to use so I searched for songs about time and/or with lady in the title. I was close to using Tom Jones' She's A Lady, thankfully inspiration and I nixed that!
I looked over my CDs and I had one of jazz standards and *Boomshanka* the piece Sophisticated Lady jumped out at me.
They both had a grace, elan and sophistication about them.
My next one may be an Ace one, I'm thinking of using Motorhead's Ace of Spades! I excel at tenuous connections.

Well if you want tenuous - Ace used a bat - 'Bat out of Hell' Meatloaf
