Saw it live on Science channel. Happy to watch a successful Mars landing. I was at Planetfest when Mars Polar Lander was suppose to arrive on Mars. We were to have live coverage of the landing and it ended up with us all being so sad that the landing did not happen. Planetfest was still fun but less memorable because the landing failed.
