If your putting in the Unquiet Dead, then that wins hands down for me. It is one of my favorite CE episodes (Dalek and Father's Day being the other two).

If we restrict ourselves to "Christmas Specials" then, I would say Voyage of the Damned (it was great to wath on Christmas evening - even if it doesn't stand up so well when rewatched in the Summertime). Next would be "Runaway Bride" (the TARDIS chase scene is just so good) and finally the Christmas Invasion.

Unquiet Dead is a great story, but I'm not a big fan of Nine (Doctor Nob head), so it's not a favorite of mine.

I have a massive soft spot for the Christmas Invasion, because it's Ten's first story and I love his whole Arthur Dent look in the story.
Plus there's a quite a few scenes in the story that just make me turn into a wibbly pile of fangirl goo, go weak at the knees and really wish someone invented a device that would allow me to go into the screen and be Rose in this story. XD

But I think the one I've enjoyed the most, story wise is the Runaway Bride. I never disliked Donna in that story unlike some, in fact I quite enjoyed her, and in retrospect I enjoy it a lot more now for being Donna's first story. Donna was simply Ten's perfect companion.

Voyage of the Damned I enjoyed at the time, but on rewatch I haven't enjoyed it as much as I have the other two. The only thing I really love about it is the music and Ten in the tux.

Hopefully The Next Doctor will become my new favorite.
David Morrissey in Doctor Who, steam punk Cybermen (maybe) how can it go wrong.

So long story short, the Christmas Invasion is my fangirl favorite, and the Runaway Bride is my favorite story wise.
It depends on how fangirly I'm feeling at the time as to which one comes first.

    bye bye david :(
