Just and idea, but could we have a separate section where we could download the audio reviews included in Podshock in a 'stand alone' version.
I'm thinking specifically of Abersoch's fantastic Big Finish reviews but I know others have also supplied excellent audio reviews.
I think it would be a good feature for the site as I've wanted to listen to some reviews again before deciding whether or not to buy one of the Big Finish audios and I don't necessary want to go trawling back through all the previous Podshocks (as good as they are ) just to find a review.
What does everybody else think? If people want this, is it possible Louis? |

| If this can be done, I think this is an excellent idea. Make inspire me to actually get around to doing reviews of the Big Finish like I've been wanting to do for some time. So much writing, so little time. |

If you use iTunes to listen to the enhanced podcast, you can skip chapters until you get to the review you are interested in, after you found the episode that contains the review in question.

| How about a cheat list somewhere? Perhaps we can have a list of all the BF audios and list the podcasts they appear on. |

I had thought of this, being purely selfish - I don't use iTunes as my MP3 Player is a Creative Zen and prefer to listen to Podshock on the Zen rather than on a PC to the enhanced podcast isn't an option for me. |

I'm going to bump this as I'd really like to see this on the site!
Is it possible at all Louis?
Thanks |

It might be a possibility somewhere down the line. They could be set up in the Media Gallery (although the software for that really needs to be updated), with the consent of those authors that created it. The other possible concern would be that of bandwidth issues.
So it is something we can look into adding to the site sometime, although it is not on the top of the list.
On a somewhat related note, Doctor Who: Podshock has been registered with PodZinger for indexing. So in about a week or so, visitors to our site will be able to search the spoken words in our podcast to find the tidbits they are interested in, and PodZinger can play the audio that meets their search criteria. It is a search engine for podcasts, but it searches the actual podcasts itself (english or spanish languages only at this time) for what you may be looking for... so if one was interested in a certain Big Finish audio, they could use it to search for it in all our podcasts and bring up the audio that relates to it.
I haven't used it myself yet, but it sounds impressive.. so I figured we can give it a try.
It will probably choke on Dalek and Cybermen voices within the podcasts, but who knows.
Cheers,

You know Peeps,
If there is a particular Big Finish Doctor Who audio that you would like me to review I would be happy to try and oblige.
I am reviewing the new episodes as they come out and I am slowly wading my way through the back catalogue.
Of course; these things are only my opinion but if it helps..... My email is available.
I would like to try to keep a fair balance betwixt the various incarnations of the Doctor although I do understand that there is a great deal of interest in Paul Mcgann
