| [Quote by: Mohan] Louis, have you written a post to explain to your fans what it takes to make an episode? I'm curious as to what's done in "post production." If this already exists in the forums, can you put up a link. And I agree: I'm anxious to hear what you guys thought of The Runaway Bride and all the other great Doctor Who news that's come out since Dec. 24th. |

I see you also asked this question back in August. I guess every one missed it.
There is some info here Doctor Who: Podshock » Podcasting Setup
This thread doesn't add to much to it...Doctor Who: Podshock » Technology behind Podshock

Someone had asked about this at one time... the details of the post production here in the forums. Heck, it may have been you. I never did have an opportunity to write the details of it all... and I am not going to do it right now as I just spent the last seven hours or so getting Episode 62 through post production.... and it's almost 6 AM. But perhaps when I do have some time I will add it to the existing threads about the podcast production when I can.
Cheers,

Where's Podshock 62? --- I know where it is! And now, so do you.
Even though I promised myself I was not going to do these all-nighters again to get an episode out, I just did one (good for nothing self! I can't trust myself!).
There's still more where that came from, but it will have to wait until I at least get some sleep.
Cheers and goodnight,

Louis,
Once you experience this thing called sleep, let me know if it is worth it. I've been thinking of giving it a try one of these days...

| Is this the thread where we comment on show 62? If so, I have to say that I agree with their review of Runaway Bride. It was fantastic until the Empress of the Racnoss showed up. It was so crazy & funny. David Tennant cracks me up, so I love him in stuff like that. And Catherine Tate was great too. The Empress looked great, but things slowed down too much when she showed up. But the end with Donna telling the Doctor that he needs someone to keep him under control was good. And the Doctor finally said "Gallifrey"! They forgot about that in the review. Shame, shame, shame! |
