I purchased my tickets for the con, and we are set for the interview. So Dave, Smitty, or anyone else, if you have any questions you would like us to put to the lovely Wendy Padbury that weekend, please let us know.
It would be great if we could have done a live show with Wendy Padbury herself to take your questions, but with the convention schedule that weekend, it seems unlikely... so it will most likely be a recorded interview.
Still, if you have a good question, don't be shy.

Just tell Wendy she still looks great and has lots of admirers around the World - including Dave Cooper in Manchester England!
Also that she, Frazer and Patrick were magic on-screen together.
Oh! A question?
Would she make a guest appearance on the new series if asked - and add 'they would be daft if they didn't ask you!'

she is an actress... a jobbing one too... of corse she will say YES.
mind you. she would b v good.
and it would be nice if she was in it and meeting the doctor again would bring back her timelord removed memories. |

Well I thought for a number of years she had become a 'actors agent'
But it would be great to see her on Dr Who again.

I would be curious to know a couple things:
Although, "politically" I don't know if she can answer this one...how does she feel about some of her work on Doctor Who being lost and what does she think of the efforts to recontruction "lost" episodes?
Also, did she ever imagine while working on Doctor Who that it would be such a long lasting show and how much the fans care about the actors on the show?
OK, now that I typed them out they seem lame, and I am sure she has answered these a million times... |

I am back and can I just say that I really enjoyed the Tom Baker (EP 99) that I downloaded yesterday. Really wish id been able to join in but... well you all know where I was.
oh and i just want to say that it indeed went well and I did have a Sonic screwdriver in my velvet coat so that our beloved show wasnt too far from my heart(s) |

Yeah, it was serendipitous that we had to postpone the show a couple weeks back for our trek to see Wendy Padbury in Massachusetts. Ken was the first person to point out that it would mean that our Peter Davison review episode would be right on the heels of his return in the CiN special.

In the VOTD podshock (No. 105) I said that I heard snatches (EDIT it's more like three or four notes) of HHGTG in the music.
It seems to be in three places..
Just after the Doctors 'I'll save you all speech'
Just after the Doctor says 'No more..(deaths)'
And once again near the end.
Sorry I can't check the exact times at the moment.
