I know ive said it before but i feel that the live sows are just as much a part of podshock as the studio ones. Im with dave.
just shove the talkshoe shows through a sound enhancement software. I think Tony G sent me some free stuff. and then upload them as part of the main feed.
Ifg people dont want to listen. then they will wait for a live show.
aything else is over complicating things |

Just heard from Louis that for the week ending 5th July - PodShock came 13th in the top 100 Live listenners and 34 in downloads.
EDIT - I think they were 102 live listenners on Sunday 29th June!

So what happened to the live show application on the left side of the main page? I watch DW via Sci Fi and want to listen to the live shows only after I see the episode.
The application that lets me listen to the raw live shows seems to have disappeared. Can I still listen to them from this site? |

You can still click the "Talk Live" icon on the right sidebar on the home page that takes you to the Podshock page on TalkShoe that should give you access to all the live episodes to listen or download. |

Not to be picky, but I think he was looking for the reviews of the show for the Sci-Fi Channel viewers, There was to be a review for the UK screening of the show and then when the show aired in the US (via Sci-fi) there was to be another show.
Unfortunately after the second episode aired in the US there were no more aditional reviews for the show. It just seemed redundant to do so. Everything that could have been said was fairly well covered in the review of the BBC broadcast of the show.
However the reviews for the BBC feed are pretty entertaining so enjoy them.
BTW: There still isn't a full-year review for the 4th series (season) of the show but I'd be surprised if Louis, Ken and James weren't waiting for the series to complete in the US before doing so. So look for that to happen (I hope). |

Did they ever do a series 4 recap live podcast? I had been holding off on burning my last DVD-R of the final eps and usually include the series recap Podshock. Near as I can tell, there wasn't one but I may have missed it. |

Just recently, I've threw the idea out there to the Doctor Who: Podshock crew about scheduling a show recapping the 2008 series. I haven't received any feedback on it. I was beginning to feel that perhaps the time had passed for it.
Perhaps I should have been asking our listeners and subscribers. From this posting, I can gather that maybe there still is interest in doing a recap show.

If you do decided to do a full season review and need a hand just give me a shout. If I can give my PC a good kicking it should be fine.
ever thought of doing a classic who rewatch then all coming on for a live show chat about it..
like we could all watch (by our own means... vhs.. dvd.. tinterweb) a classic WHO then, just like the live shows we call in at a set time to chat about it.
just a thought.
