And Podshock 79 is a no-go due to something gumming up the works over at TalkShoe!
I do hope these issues will be worked out soon, because I'd really like to hear your impressions of the latest episode and your ideas over what the assorted bits from the Coming Soon... trailer may entail.

The episode is already out on the RSS feed. Amazingly enough we didn't talk about the "comming soon" trailer as much as I thought we would. If it doesn't connect you will probably need a reboot.

Just been listenning to the Live Podcast - and Diane (dmwalling?) was talking about she wished the monster had appeared more slowly - it reminded me of 'Inferno' - where the Professor slowly changes and has to start wearing gloves etc.
Of course these were 4 or 6 episode stories so things could be developed in that way.
So I suppose what I'm saying (glass of red wine in hand EDIT - it is after 10 pm in the UK) is that the new format dictates how the story plays out.

Facinating bit of info I discovered.
The TalkShoe live Txt chat client is named "Barcelona". We are traveling weekley where no Rose has gone before.
Ok I know, it's bad. Cool name for our chat client though.

Merlin asking on behalf of all the Dummies here ie. my group of one - is this change/update something needed by just the Podcast 'director (Louis in this instance) or do we all need to download an update?
Or is this an upgrade that just adds functunality to the site itself?

Oops, nope Dave and all. This is just the name of the client, which I thought might be of interest to all here. No changes apart from any client updates that are automatically updated on login to the chat client.

Yes - for Podshock Live 81 all went well.
And for any UK, or indeed non-american members who have been put off join in Talkshoe live and joinin in because of call costs ie. Skype costs about 1.5 pence a minute UK to America (about 1.20 to 1.50 UKPs per show)
EDIT:- and you need to register SkypeOUT and pay up-front to use it to phone in.
Then there is now to option to do it for free. With Merlin' help (thanks again Merlin) I connected with Gizmo.
