Very sad about the outcome of JumpCon but I wanted to say how much I was enjoying the podcast. Fun to hear Ken and Louis talk about their other passions and I wonder if this podcast could maybe continue under another name? I listen to the CIA podcast, but it's nice to hear Ken and Louis talk about non-Doctor Who items as well.
Also, my Jump the Pod number 5 is incomplete by about ten minutes, but iTunes no longer has it and it's no longer on the JumpCon website. Anywhere else I can download the full version of this?
Many thanks for hours of fun listening.

| I have much I'd like to cover. Tron 2, the new V mini-series/movie, The Clone Wars, Blake's 7 prequel: When Vila Met Gan. |

Great. I'd listen to that! Especially the Clone Wars. Looking forward to taking my 6-year-old to that.

Hey, thanks Andrew.
As Doctor Who fans, we should know all about regeneration. Perhaps, JTP will regenerate into another podcast. We also know about hiatuses too. JTP may be back at some point in the future.
In the meantime, there are other projects afoot that could fill it's roll. It's all just a matter of funding them right now. That's the key right now, making some sort of feasible yet realistic plan that can turn these planned projects into reality.
Cheers,
Louis |

The Jump The Pod episodes are still on the JumpCon website if you search Google. The xml feed is still around. http://jumpcon.net/podcast/jumpthepodmp3.xml . All 6 episodes are available in mp3 format. I don't know how malleable it is for different podcast readers, but you should be able to listen.
Hope this helps. |

Time will tell. It always does, except when it has Laryngitis.

Hello Benjamin,
Thanks for trying, but podcast 5 is a dead link on that. It is also mysteriously missing in action on iTunes and on the JumpCon website podcast page.
Was this a faulty file that was going to replaced later, but never happened?
Would love to hear the full version of this. The one I have cuts off in the middle of an interview.

Unfortunately, Episode 5 had a problem which required it go back in post production... but that is where it remained. So for that reason, it is no longer available on the feeds.
Aside from that one particular episode, there was a great deal of material, including guest interviews, that were recorded which never made it into ANY episodes. Ken and I even recorded another complete episode which was stalled in post and was never completed.
Much of this material is no good now because it pertained to specific dates & locations that have since come to pass. It's a shame... but that is how it goes sometimes.
Cheers,
