I have to get one of these 1966 The Tenth Planet Cybermen. It's great that they are coming out with these classic versions. But shouldn't we have the first and second and third Doctor by now before bring their adversaries out?

Wo!! Awesome! I just placed my order so I dont miss out this time. From wave 1 I've collected all but the D84 and SV7 robots. I cant find them anywhere.
I have a K1 robot assembled only from the waste up. Will he ever walk again?? --Billy |

I think I saw one of those packs at our local Hastings store here in Tennessee. I'm only collecting Doctors, I have the 4th, 5th (from Time Crash) and 6th, the 9th and 10th. Anyone know when the 7th and 8th are due out in Wave 2?
Billyaxe, I can go to Hastings, pick up either of those robot packs and ship it to you if you want, just shoot me a message.

| Phew. Now I've finally got the last two cybermen that I was chasing. Anybody any ideas when the second wave of classic series figures is due out? |

If memory serves, I believe the 1st and 2nd Doctors should be released in July.

Yes, but they're only available (for time being at least) from Forbidden Planet.
They're being released in 2 versions, full colour and the same figures again in black and white. |

Yes, I am just not sure if the exclusive engagement with Forbidden Planet (UK) is limited to just the UK or not. I say that because the last time I checked (a while ago) they were not allowed to sell them overseas, which makes me wonder if there is another deal in the works for outside of the UK. I don't know.

Initially I suspected that in the fullness of time, these would be available from all the usual suppliers, but thinking again, I'm maybe not so sure.
I suspect the colour ones will make it onto the market proper, but I wonder if the black and white ones will remain FP exclusives. I actually wouldnt be surprised. |

Yeah, I understand where you are coming from, but it puzzles me then why Forbidden Planet (UK) are not allowed to ship them outside of the UK.

The various retailers are only living up to their distribution rights. When Underground Toys got the US rights, the UK retailers now need to pay more attention to not overstepping their rights, lest they lose them to others.
I suspect that the exclusives may eventually make it to the US market, but we may have exclusive retailers in the US getting exclusivity in this market (possibly, like an Alien Entertainment). |

If anyone in the US really wants any of these, drop me a line and I'll see what I can do. No problem.
