It's not too hard.
Just take the last post ("copying and pasting" works best for me (click and drag to highlight area, right-click and select copy, click "post reply" button, and then paste (by right-click and paste) in the message box)
remove the old changes ((+1), (-2)) from previous post
Now make your changes (hurting by taking away two points, healing by adding one) adjusting the score for your changes.
Highlight the change then go to font color and select red for (-2) and Blue for (+1)
click preview to see if is right. If not make changes. If it is right then click submit.
That's it! You're done.
One proviso though - you can only vote once a day.
One note though: if the score reches 0 (or less) put it at the top of the list below the line to show that it has been "knocked out" and put the number before it to show it's rank.
