Doctor Who - The Key To Time Limited Edition box set 15000 Views: 831
     Saturday, September 22 2007 @ 09:25 AM EDT
i got my Doctor Who - The Key To Time - The Complete Adventure box set today and its a Limited Edition version, i got number 14636 0f 15000, its a bonus as i didnt even know it was a limited edition version when i bought it and it arrived 2 days early too Smile and i also only paid 49.99 for it too Smile

Anyone know whats the differance between the limited edition and normal box set?

in the other key to time post on here i posted what my box and the DVD were like.

Also on top the box it shows picture of all 6 DVD case's and says:
contails the complete 26 episode story arc.
plus 9 commentaries (over 16 hours).
plus over 6 and a half hours of additional special features.

Nice plastic over box, take plastic off and the box opens up either side and has the 6 DVD's sitting inside the centre box, each DVD has a sticker on it saying which key to time story it is as well, the DVD's also have nice colour on them and each DVD has a picture of the differant parts of the key to time on it at top of DVD.

I got my set today as well (number 14574). I had no idea it was a Limited Edition either. I paid the same price, so probably got it from the same source ( It looks as if there's plenty to watch on, too. I have no idea when I will find the time to watch all of it!!

Maybe the limited edition is the box that flips open, like we have, rather than the normal larger library case format where the cases just slide in normally (ie New Beginnings style).

In any event, I'm glad I ordered it early and got one.Big Grin

The controls of the TARDIS are isomorphic.

I'd be curious how it differs from the original releases on DVD? Like if there are any different commentaries? --BIlly.

    Oh the phantom Piper!
