    Big Finish Views: 2091

My personal favorite of the ones that I've listened to would be Spare Parts, which is a Fifth Doctor story which goes into the origins of the Cybermen. I can't quite put my finger on why it tops my list, all I know is that I've gone back and listened to that story a number of times.

[Quote  by:  Dalek X] A starter Big Finish Audio for the 6th Doctor, eh? Well, I would personally suggest The Juggernauts. It's the best of what I've heard of the Colin Baker audios, if not the best Colin Baker story all together.

Oooh? The Juggernauts? Really? Not my choice, I'm afraid. Although it was fun!

The 6th Doctor in the Big Finish world has developed wonderfully. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Teh Holy Terror or Bloodtide as good starters (although both feature companions you will not know, so if that's a problem for you let me know).

If you want to be more ambitous, the recent introduction of another Doctor's Big Finish companion into the 6th Doctor's life has been amazing and led to a real creative leap forward - The Condemned would be the place to start here!

And then, you can also count me in as very excited about the upcoming "Lost Season" series with Sixie and Peri - which will include The Nightmare Fair, and Mission fo Magnus for starters. The rest are due to be announced on April 2, I believe,

Oh yes - Spare Parts is a fantastic story! Definitely one of the best Big Finish have ever done. The Cybermen have been very well served by Big Finish. More so than the Daleks. For me anyway.

I really enjoyed Sword of Orion and The Girl Who Never Was both with the 8th Doctor, The Harvest and the more recent Kingdom of Silver for the 7th Doctor. There are also good things in the 6th Doctor's The Reaping and the 5th Doctor's The Gathering.
