Fav moments from Doctor Who the Colin Baker error Views: 1571

    THE TWIN DILEMMA
Love it. All of it. Fav moment: the manic Doctor tries to strangle Peri but the best is the taunting he does to her before that, "Where do you come by a name like that? You don't even know what a Peri is, do you?" And he goes on to call her a spy, an imp, etc. Colin is just fantastic in this story. And the very end, when he says, "Whether you like it or not, I am the Doctor." She makes a face and then smiles. Very warm ending. I love it!

    ATTACK OF THE CYBERMEN
Uhm...yeah, maybe the Doctor being chastized for calling Peri diffrent names. Maybe the Doc with the ice lady. It's all pretty bad to be honest.

    VENGEANCE ON VAROS
Jason Connery. Shirtless. Nuff said. Best scene in that crap.

    THE MARK OF THE RANI
Peri facing down both the Rani and the Master! She does her best work here. Also almost any scene with the Doctor and the Rani, the Doctor and the Master, or all three. Just great. Good script, good acting. Good setting.

    THE TWO DOCTORS
Nothing. No, really. Maybe Shockeye chasing Peri cause he's really scary. He is. ANd his death is a favorite scene too because he deserved it. I know some fans hate the Sixth Doctor for his violence but I think I would have yelped in his favor and given him a standing ovation for killing Shockeye after what Shockeye did to Oscar. A really poor story though. Sadly misuing and wasting Patrick.

    TIMELASH
Maybe, just maybe the Sixth Doctor talking to HG. But one funny part is when Wena (What a name!) is supposed to take cover with everyone else hiding from a coming blast and she just walks regally like a princess and doesn't lose her dignity. A dead poor story.

    REVELATION OF THE DALEKS
Davros flying! That's my second. The first is a very short sequence. The Doctor in his startling blue cloak is outside with Peri, just before that ridiculous statue falls on him. They are talking and in the city no one is around. Silently, unnoticed, a Dalek glides by behind them!!!! Scary! no, really it was. And this story has a good premise.

    TRIAL-THE MYSTERIOUS PLANET
    Nothing. Nothing at all.

TRIAL (my trial having to watch this) MINDLASH
    Nothing. Ever.

    TRIAL-TERROR OF THE VERVOIDS
Okay Mel is an awful companion, possibly the worst the show ever sprung on us. But her scene when she goes into the back room with the man who insists he open the door and go in before her...as he is electrocuted seconds after and even her screaming cannot ruin this sequence. The Vervoids seem to come alive and the episode ends! Creepy. Equally creepy is the woman i the tank who is slowly becoming a Vervoid. And the scene where the Doctor comforts Mel by hugging her and putting her head on his shoulder. Some good moments. Of course, there's also...the exercise bike poor moment...and the quick ending. And the courtroom scenes...

    TRIAL--THE title eludes me
the hands pulling the Doctor down AND the shadows on the walls in the Matrix. The rest is junk beyond belief.
