Just a quick note for viewing in the Media Gallery - clicking on the thumbnail brings up a 'medium' (slightly squashed) sized picture - to see it full size you need to click on the image again.

No unforunately - but at least it's in Widescreen this year.
Also because the 'feed' the BBC gets is HD the image on standard TV looks pretty good anyway.

I REALLY wish they'd remaster Worzel's DVDs. Some of the episodes on the Complete Series sets are of such rank quality. I don't remember them looking that bad on the old 3 episodes per tape VHS releases. The one where he stows away in the coach's boot on the way to the seaside, it looks like it's filmed entirely at dusk!
& I'm sure most people are wondering what on earth I'm on about! |

Yes, HD looks good on an SD set (480i/576i), better on an ED set (480p/576p), and just plain awesome on an HDTV (720i/720p/1080i/1080p) or whatever the local equivalents are... I watched Tiger pitch out of a bunker last night before going out. I can not afford the time to get absorbed in it right now, though...
